Our industrially charred spruce and pine boards are treated with controlled flaming, reaching a burn depth of up to 3 mm. During post-processing, the brushing stage removes excess carbonized particles while preserving a distinct wood grain and a uniform charred tonality.

To fully lock in the effects of this treatment and ensure long-term durability, the boards are industrially painted with pigmented, water-based coatings of various textures. This process creates a high-efficiency protective layer that enhances the wood’s resistance to environmental factors while maintaining the material’s visual depth.
