Charred and Painted Cladding: “Premium” Graded Pine

Our industrially charred, graded pine boards undergo a controlled flaming process, achieving a burn depth of up to 3 mm. Following the charring, a meticulous, multi-stage brushing process removes carbonized particles to reveal an exceptionally bold, high-contrast wood grain with a pronounced relief.

To lock in the structural effects of this treatment and ensure long-term durability, each board is hand-painted using specialized coatings of various chemical compositions. This multi-layered finishing process creates a high-efficiency protective barrier against environmental elements while producing nuanced, deep tonal variations.
